Terms and Conditions Wholesale
- Minimum first order is £300 with a minimum reorder value of £150
- All orders are on a pro forma basis
- Carriage is paid on orders over £500
We will send you an order acknowledgement and pro forma invoice via iZettle in email format. Payment can be made either via BACS transfer or can be settled through the iZettle invoice using credit or debit card. If you wish to pay via BACS transfer, please get in touch for bank details
As a small business we are unable to currently offer credit facilities and therefore orders will not be dispatched until payment has been made in full.
All goods remain the property of Cinda Clark Design until paid for in full.
All prices are quoted including UK VAT
Minimum amount for first trade order only is £300 for legitimate trade customers.
There is a minimum order quantity per product category which is shown in the pricelist. Our minimums re-order value is £150.
We aim to ensure that we have good product availability; however as a small business cannot guarantee 100% stock availability. Should you require a large volume or want to check stock availability please email email@example.com to discuss options.
We will endeavour to dispatch your order within 2 working days, unless requested otherwise and pre agreed.
UK MAINLAND SHIPPING
ORDERS UNDER £500:
Shipping costs between £150 – £500 are £15.00
ORDERS OVER £300:
Shipping is free of charge on all orders over £300 within mainland UK.
All orders will be shipped via UPS or Royal Mail. For Special Delivery please get in touch on firstname.lastname@example.org
UK NON-MAINLAND SHIPPING
UK non-mainland shipping applies to all deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Offshore Islands (includes Scottish Islands, Isles of Scilly, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man) and is charged at a flat rate of £25.00. Shipping is also applied to back orders to these destinations. This is only to cover our own costs, which are substantially higher than those applicable to UK Mainland orders.
EU & WORLDWIDE SHIPPING
Shipping outside of the UK will be quoted once orders have been placed.
If you choose to split your order to delay some of the product arriving, then the standard shipping charges will be applied for each order. If we have to put some items on back order as we are awaiting the stock, then we will cover the extra shipping charges involved with this.
Faults of shortfall
Notification of shortfall goods is required within 5 days of delivery. You will be sent replacements where possible or a credit will be applied to your account. We cannot guarantee replacement outside this timescale.
We do our very best to ensure that all of goods are perfect, however appreciate that occasionally there may be a fault. If you should find a faulty item in your order then we would be happy to issue a replacement or credit note. Cinda Clark Design will not accept returned items that have been damaged through misuse, neglect or accident.
RETURNING A PURCHASE
If, upon delivery, you notice that any of the products in your order are faulty, damaged or you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please follow the steps below:
- Notify us as soon as possible after receiving the goods either by telephone to +447762524358 or email to email@example.com. We can only accept items that are returned within 1 month of their delivered date.
- Where possible, will then send you a replacement product along with a pre-paid returns label to send the product back to us (just pop the parcel in a post box or over the counter at a post office).
- If requested, we will issue a credit on your account and we will send you a returns label to send the faulty product back to us (just pop the parcel in a post box or over the counter at a post office).
All products to be returned must be with their original packaging and be in an unworn condition. We will not refund goods that have been worn, or not in their original packaging or show obvious signs of abuse.
All rights in the designs and information on our website are owned by us. They are protected by copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights.
You may view, copy and print portions of our website for the sole purpose of placing an order with us. The materials on our website may not be used for any other purpose unless permission has been granted by Cinda Clark Design for selling purposes. If you would like to use Cinda Clark Design imagery to support selling please get in touch through firstname.lastname@example.org and we will work with you to find the best assets to use.
